Important Plan Changes

Effective July 1, 2007, MassHealth Customer Service will be responsible for Children’s Medical Security Plan (CMSP) premium billing collection.  This change means that, starting July 1, 2007, if you have questions about your premium bill or your payment, you should call MassHealth Customer Service. You will receive more information from MassHealth in the upcoming weeks. 

If you are currently making your CMSP premium payments online through your bank, it is very important that you stop these payments immediately.  MassHealth Customer Service will have new ways for you to pay your CMSP premium bill.  Soon you should receive some information in the mail describing all the new payment options.  You should also receive your first bill from MassHealth in the month of July for your premiums for that month.
