Medical Security Plan (CMSP) premium billing collection. This change means that, if you have questions about your premium bill or your payment, you should call
MassHealth Customer Service at 1-800-841-2900.
If you have questions about your CMSP benefits or CMSP providers, you should continue to
call CMSP Customer Service at 1-800-909-2677. If you have questions about your eligibility
for CMSP benefits, and the CMSP premium please call the MassHealth Customer Service at
1-800-841-2900.
